Events or activites are best booked by choosing the event and registering. You can shoose between web payment or off line payment with bank transfer, and the system should provide you with all necessary information. The registration is automatically confirmed to your e-mail address.
Alternatively, if the event is not available on this website once we have reached a mutual understanding on the package you are looking for we will send you payment details by e-mail, or it will be added to our online booking system. In some cases we would send the actual invoice as a PDF file for your accounting. That invoice would include all the necessary payment details, the same way as would an e-mail.

Valid booking requires payment: We request a 50% prepayment for a binding booking, and the rest of the total should be paid in advance of the tour or service. Cancellations not later than 14 days will give you the right to get your 50% reduced with 20% or a minimum of 50 euros or the full amount if the agreed total is less than that 50 euro. Cancellations later than 2 days before will give us the right to retain and charge you for the full amount.
If you pay against an invoice then using the reference number or the invoice number would be sufficient. If you pay against an e-mail then we would normally instruct you to specify participant name(s) and dates for the event.
Place a reservation and pay to book: You would preferably register on our website. The information you provide will be used to communicate important information related to your booking. It will also be the details we can use for communicating other important issues. The events to book to are listed in the calendar. The booking will be valid only after our receipt of your payment as specified above.
