Wool jumper, thick
Daily wear, under your drysuit, winter activites like skiing and nordic skating. Wear it snug against your skin or use a thin merino/alpacka blouse underneath.
- Order it to be snug against your skin with a minimum of air pockets. That is when it keeps you warmest.
Typical for outdoor activites is that your activity is daylong and you would stop for a bite every few hours. Those stops are the moments when the effectiveness of your clothing counts. Where the woollies under some windproof and breathable anorack. Even without an outer layer the wind is deflected by the dense material, and protects you. Humidity is transferred out and away from your skin.
We need your measures for (see the measures illustration):
Circumferences - head, upper arm, breast, waist, hips, hand.
Lengths - Shoulder length, shoulder tip to wrist, shoulder tip to waist, armpit to waist.
Rough 100% lambs wool or smooth and dense 60% wool/40% polyester of various colours.
